At AW Collection, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return & exchange policy to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free.
1. Exchange Policy (No Refund)
We do not offer cash refunds. However, if there is any issue with your product, you can exchange it for another item of equal value.
2. Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Original box and packaging must be intact

Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Product should not be damaged, washed, or altered
3. How to Request an Exchange

4. Exchange Process

Once your request is approved, you will be guided on how to return the product.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship a replacement product to you.

If the selected replacement item costs more, you will need to pay the price difference.

If it costs less, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
5. Delivery Charges

If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), delivery charges will be covered by AW Collection.

If the exchange is due to customer choice (size issue, color change, etc.), delivery charges will be paid by the customer.
6. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Items bought on sale or clearance

Used or damaged products

Products without original packaging
